Birth: Registration of a new born
Required documents for the Registration of a new Born

Fill out the application form (Lebanese New Born Registration)
Official birth certificate legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE plus one copy
The parents family extract  of civil status ( Ikhraj Kaid Aa’ili ) dated less than three months plus one copy
The parent's marriage has to be registered prior to the registration of their children plus one copy of the marriage certificate
Copy of parent’s passports and resident visa copy

Divorce Registration
Required documents for divorce registration
Fill out the application form (Divorce Registration)
The final divorce act issued by the relevant UAE court, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE 
A recent family extract of civil status ( Ikhraj Kaid Aa’ili ) dated less than three months
Lebanese marriage certificate
A power of attorney granting a lawyer or representative in Lebanon the right to follow up on the divorce case in Lebanon
Copy of the couple's passports and UAE residency
Birth certificate for the wife in case she is not Lebanese
The couple must be present to register a divorce

Fees: 40 AED
Fees: 230 AED  for the authentication of the Divorce Certificate + 2/1000 of the total amount, on dowry amount in case it is mentioned

Death Registration
Required documents for death registration

Fill out the application form (Death Registration)
Official death certificates legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE
Recent personal extract of civil status ( Ikhraj Kaid Ifradi ) dated less than three months of the deceased, or his/her family extract (Ikhraj Kaid Aa’ili)
The passport of the deceased will be cancelled
Fees: 40 AED

Procedures for the transfer of the body
One of the deceased relatives must bring the following documents in preparation for the transfer of the body to Lebanon
The certified death certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the United Arab Emirates
The passport of the deceased will be cancelled
The No Objection statement to transfer the body
Fees: 185 AED

Request for the Lebanese citizenship
Required documents

A family extract of civil status (recent Ikhraj Kaid Aa’ili) dated less than three months, showing that the marriage has been registered in the Lebanese civil registry for more than a year (3 copies)
The Lebanese marriage certificate. (You need to make sure that the wife’s place of birth is the same on her birth certificate, marriage certificate and passport) (3 copies)
3 copies of the wife’s passport valid for more than one year with the husband’s last name added on it
The husband’s Lebanese passport (3 copies)
The wife’s birth certificate (translated to Arabic )(3 copies)
In case the wife holds the Syrian citizenship, a civil status is required as proof that she is married to a Lebanese citizen
A certificate of cohabitation issued by an official and/or a religious authority in case they don't have children yet 
3 passport size photos
3 copies of the religion marriage certificate
Fees: 185 AED

Doctrine change or modification
Required documents
Certificate of replacement of a local and original doctrine certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates plus 3 copies
3 copies of the passport and UAE residency of the people involved
3 copies of the passport and UAE residency of two Lebanese witnesses
3 copies of the civil status not exceeding three months
Fees 230 AED
The application will be submitted with all the required documents mentioned above, after which the relevant person will be contacted to attend with the two witnesses to sign on the substitution of the doctrine.
